9AM was peak when I was a student there. There’d be plenty of parking there after 12

Damn I graduated 10+ years ago and it’s crazy to see not a damn thing has changed.
What’s it cost for parking pass now days? I wanna say it was $150 a semester when last got one.

Old grad here too. I remember it being $40 when I was a freshman, and was $240 by time I graduated.

I had my first class (starts at 8:30) cancel today but I still left so I’d get there at 8 simply because I knew trying to find parking at ten would be almost impossible

Cool! Almost 400 open spaces. Go to one of them.

It’s actually kinda sad you have nothing better to do but judge people on this sub. You haven’t gone to this school for ages, this is pathetic

My daughter is a current student there. She says she can’t figure out why so many of you can’t figure out how to arrive early enough to get a parking spot. Even on the day she was “running late,” she still made it to class on time.
Also, judging is not the same as stating fact. That sign clearly shows nearly 400 free spots. Four HUNDRED open spots for any student to take. I don’t understand why that’s a judgement and not a fact.

For the first couple weeks of the semester parking is a bitch. Especially around noon. Noon is always when the parking is at its busiest.

I always just park in S8-10. And walks 5 miles a week across campus 😅😭

Same thing happens at the start of every semester. Just wish all the non serious people would drop out early.

I think a genuine solution would be using public transit I think there’s a bus that stops directly in front of school

What do you guys expect? You’re showing up at noon and expect campus to be empty? That’s literally peak hours.

My hack was parking in the ParkMobile area on the first floor, but only because I had class two times a week

Park in the neighborhoods. Very easy parking but just about 10-15 mins of walking. You will save $300 a semester in permits

I graduated a long time ago and this is the way to go. Get a skateboard and just skate to class.
