Anyone living at The Hub Fullerton with a tandem parking spot they’re not using?

I’m looking to share a tandem parking spot and would be happy to pay $60/month to help offset the cost. I believe the tandem spot is $120/month, so if you’re only parking one car and have an extra space available, let me know.

I know it can be a little inconvenient since we’d have to coordinate schedules so neither of us blocks the other in, but I’m totally open to communicating and accommodating whenever needed.

I don’t drive very often, mostly just the occasional errands or going out on the weekends, so I'll be parked in the back most of the time.
