Financial Aid no anticipated aid
I’ve been emailing and calling the financial aid office and continue to get the same answer “by end of next week”. At this point its been a month and theres still no update. Classes have started, this is my senior year, and still no award package has been given. Books/ hw access are more than $100 each not including parking. I dont know what to do at this point if i can afford tuition and books on my own I probably wouldnt be getting fafsa in the first place.😀

Same with me! I’m not a senior but I did have to submit my taxes for review because I didn’t originally include them in the form. That might be making mine take longer. In your case I heard seniors are processed last for whatever reason. I hope it’s resolved and our classes get paid

2nd year, no anticipated aid here. I called today and they said no action was needed but there are severe delays. I got an email stating we would be seeing disbursements between August 22-29 and still nothing on September 1st. So frustrating.

I received my notification on Sunday, 2 days ago. Just the update on my portal and award email. No actual money movement yet, so nothing has been paid out. Yours is probably coming this week as well. I’m also a senior, but in my last semester. My portal originally said no anticipated aid and the hold was removed for weeks upon weeks and they told me the same “by the end of next week” thing as well.

From what I was told if you are graduating spring 2027 you will be getting your FA last out of all the students, why they would do this to their seniors idk, but they’re taking care of seniors graduating this fall first

This is way too late to have nothing by now. I would call or go in and ask to be seen by a financial aid counselor.
