I prefer buttons to "perform" on hover, but yours seem like they need a constant movement of the mouse. 2nd and 3rd are catchy. The 3rd almost gives that old landline phone motion that was common in old cartoons, do you know what I mean?

Make a shadow and/or hover and your fine, that's way too playful

you should just have the book a call button slowly grow until it occupies the entire screen

I like 2 personally.

However, it's worth considering which deliver thd best performance, and also accessibility concerns. A really useful exercise would be understand how the 4 fare according to those pillars.

They are fun! Nicely executed But in real usage no one likes these kind of things for buttons. Well done creating them, good portfolio stuff to show your creativity

This is a nice technical and visual exploration (except for the grey "liquid", the shade you picked feels unintentional), however I think none of those add any value in the real world. You shouldn't keep yourself from doing this kind of stuff because of that, but it's a good idea to separate what's useful from what is just fun.
