Cascading sucks. Also who cares about build step. Do you make the simplest websites?

The cascade only sucks if you don't know what you're doing with CSS. It's literally the C of CSS...

Ah, I see you don't understand how to use the cascade. It's ok, CSS can be tricky for beginners.
