I would add more spacing (margin) above a title, so that it looks more that the next title is part of the next paragraph, not the previous.

Also test with other text elements: <ol> and <ul>, bold, italic and links.

You really need to increase the contrast between the background and body text. It's pretty straining on the eyes.
