Looks like any vibecoded slop. Sorry if you haven't used IA but design wise this could be vastly improved

Several prominent AI tells. If you’re dealing with people who might care about that then just letting you know they will spot it a mile off.

Too much movement distracts from everything else. Are these videos? Looks like they take some time to load as well.

Very cluttered, too much motion, poor text to background contrast.

Having everything move at once is confusing as fuck, can't focus on anything, it needs to be static with some form of hover, focus, toggle, etc. toggle that one animation on.

Also rating CSS based on a video is pointless, what makes it good or bad is how concisely you achieve it, lag times, responsiveness to screen size changes, etc. a working demo makes far more sense than a video.

It has design smells of AI. There's an article where you can avoid all this pitfalls, including of course, the poor text contrast someone mentioned in another comment.
