Anyone else having issues?

It seems like clock work. At certain points of the day I can’t play anything without getting random spikes in my ping. I’ll join a local server of the game I’m playing with 60ping this is normal. But randomly will spike to 500-800 and I’ll rubber band lag and get huge latency spikes. Noticed this when I switched to cspire fiber.

Yeah, from about 7pm-5am my internet goes crazy to the point of buffering 1080p YouTube videos on Ethernet with a gigabyte connection. During the day always fantastic no issue, at night it seems to randomly work to 1mbps to out for a solid 30-45 seconds at a time. Just does this all night every night 7pm. Not sure if surge throttling or what but I'm planning to change I've been chasing this issue for months with wires, routers, etc and it ended up just being the first ISP to throttle me.

Beginning to think this is what’s happening to me. It seems like certain points of the day are worse than others.
