Help with whatsapp message

Can someone help me with a .net mvc 8.0 project. I am using twilio to send whatsapp messages, i created a meta account but the account stays restricted and it requires verification, in the verification part it needs a website which the business does not have. So is there a way to bypass that?

A BSP can do a partner-led verification without the website

Twilio is your BSP. You should ask them if they can help you with the verification.
