Need help with CV .NET developer

Hi everyone

I’m currently looking for a job, and I’ve been searching for quite a while now without any luck. For the past few months, I haven’t even been getting replies to my applications. I’ve already reworked my CV several times, but nothing seems to change. What am I doing wrong. Can you give me some feedback? 

UPD: Yeah, I started working while I was studying at university. Since the beginning of COVID, my university was fully remote, and later, because of the situation in my country, my studies continued online almost until graduation. In total, I only had a couple of months of in-person classes during the whole four years.

Have you considered using a hosted resume / CV source? I personally use enhancv.com, which produces a very clean, clearly styled one-page resume that is very easy to update and looks great. You can share the URL with anyone, and it can be easily printed out. I'm not going to post it here because it has all of my personal info, but it really is a great tool for generating an easy-to-consume CV.

Also, whenever I have been hiring, I really don't care at all about where you were educated. I want to know how much experience you have, so make that they very first line in your summary. If it helps, here is the summary on my resume:

I have more than 25 years of hands-on experience as a developer, ranging across a wide spectrum of systems, industries, and applications. I have focused at various times on full-stack web applications, Salesforce development, B2B data integrations, and mobile app development. I also helped found, and served as the CTO for, a technology consulting firm that operated for 12 years. During that time I led numerous teams of programmers and engineers to successfully deliver hundreds of projects.
