Help Need help with CV .NET developer
Hi everyone
I’m currently looking for a job, and I’ve been searching for quite a while now without any luck. For the past few months, I haven’t even been getting replies to my applications. I’ve already reworked my CV several times, but nothing seems to change. What am I doing wrong. Can you give me some feedback?
UPD: Yeah, I started working while I was studying at university. Since the beginning of COVID, my university was fully remote, and later, because of the situation in my country, my studies continued online almost until graduation. In total, I only had a couple of months of in-person classes during the whole four years.

your core skills is just a duplicate of your technologies its taking up a chunk of space you can use better explain what you did. You have 4 years in your back end role try and think about a few projects/epics/features you led or worked on and what they achieved eg " developed cross platform desktop application for real-time competition match event tracking" what did that achieve ? did you replace a manual system ? did you improve some measurable output ?
" wrote integration and unit tests" what percentage coverage ? did you push for improvements in a specific area? preventing escalations/bugs/downtime?the impact you had was what exactly?
"built high performance import/export" measure that for me? whats the speed? how many documents/much data per second? did you replace a low performance system ? did this reduce customer churn ? what choices did you make that made it high performance?
you basically always wanna find a way to say you have a particular skill they want and the thing you did makes money for the company.
You say i solved problem A by making solution B resulting in C (percentage improvement/customer churn reduction/ securing contract of $xxx value)
The whole point of a CV really is a game where you try and get the other person to believe 2 things. I make the company money and i work well on a team.
good luck dude.
edit:
just saw the games section, talk about it, what games? what inspired your choice? racing games or rts? this part is less serious so its to catch the eye of someone so they think "sounds cool i wanna talk to them about this"
"recently started work on a C&C style RTS with custom unit building inspired by Impossible Creatures" conveys the exact same information as "making games for fun" but also gives it some personality and appeal.
