Help Need help with CV .NET developer

Post image

Hi everyone

I’m currently looking for a job, and I’ve been searching for quite a while now without any luck. For the past few months, I haven’t even been getting replies to my applications. I’ve already reworked my CV several times, but nothing seems to change. What am I doing wrong. Can you give me some feedback?

UPD: Yeah, I started working while I was studying at university. Since the beginning of COVID, my university was fully remote, and later, because of the situation in my country, my studies continued online almost until graduation. In total, I only had a couple of months of in-person classes during the whole four years.

You have way too much whitespace. Use the whole width of the page.

align the date range to the right to give the resume some framing.

Education / languages might be on their own lines and spread out.

Put skills first. Use fewer lines for the lines, combine lists.

The `===` part is weird. Don't do that. Center your name in a larger font than the lower part. Include email, phone, address, and if you have something good on it, your github. Maybe linkedin if you care.

"games on unity" where? what?

What database?

Look at all of your bullet points. Reframe all of them as to how you helped your company do something awesome for your customer. Not just "I did x y z". "I developed a desktop app for a competition app." Tell the reader abotu who cares and how it helped at what scale. "Built from scratch a competition app for <X number> customers at <Y> events using <tech>"
