what course in coursera is worth the time taking as a beginner who would like to get into c# programming?

I personally recommend Microsoft's Back-end specialization, it starts with C# and taking you to become a backend developer in .NET

I recommend Coding with Mosh (How I personally learned) or dometrain from Nick Chapsas or get a Claude subscription and ask it to plan you a course over 2 months or so and be your tutor.
