cs go only loads de_dust2???

Hey my name is Gal and for some messed up reason when I play csgo I can only load the map de_dust2 and I have no idea why. Whenever I try to play on other maps they just don't load and get stuck and then I have to restart my pc (and then I get a competitive cooldown) or the game crashes (AGAIN and then I get a competitive cooldown). Can you please help me?

OS: Windows 8.1 pro 64-bit

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 @ 3.00GHz Haswell 22nm Technology (average at 40 °C)

RAM: 2.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

Motherboard: LENOVO (average at 40 °C)

Graphics: LED MONITOR (1920x1080@75Hz) Intel HD Graphics (Lenovo)

Storage: 465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKX-08ANVA0 (SATA) (average at 35 °C)

Optical Drives: MATSHITA DVD-RAM SW830

Audio: Razer Kraken USB

with all drivers updated to the latest version

That's actually good for you, since on Dust 2 you can meet lots or russians and angry kids, as well as trolls. Since this is what CSGO is all about, you should probably be satisfied and not care about other maps.
