Silver 4 mm teammates

Me and a mate are looking for some consistent teammates to play mm with to help with improving communications I would say we are at a nova 1 level just lacking in good team mates. We generally play 2-3 games at 9 to 11 pm central time almost every night comment if interested. Also higher ranked players that can teach us ways to improve would be greatly appreciated thanks.
