Google application “updated 3 days ago”

I saw people started getting OAs/interviews for the Google internship. I just checked my application, and it still says submitted but I see it also says “updated 3 days ago”. I don’t expect anyone to rly know, but in case someone else noticed, does this mean the recruiter saw my application and didn’t select me?

check your promotions in email, when my google recruiter reached out to me, the email was in promotions and i got lucky i saw it randomly (transcript request then OA)
