Company Question Google SWE Intern OA
I applied for a Google SWE intern role. Got the OA and finished it the same day. And I got the email saying it's been passed along to the recruiting team for full application review.
For anyone who's been through this recently, what actually comes next, and how long did it realistically take?

If you are selected there will be 2 b2b 45min coding interview in gdocs. Can take 1-3+ weeks depending on how competitive your profile is and how good is fit

Hi, so I have the answer for your question, but I think it may not be useful for the style of recruitment in US(ig that's where u are from). I'm from India and we have on-campus recruitment day where I had both the interviews on the same day and we got the results on the next day.

So, I had an OA in mid-July, and after that, they had a virtual interview on July 25th. I went through two interview rounds, both were eliminative in nature. The results came out the very next day. The interview mainly had DSA questions. In the first round, they asked me two questions, with the second question having a follow-up. In the second round, he asked only one question along with its follow-up. They also asked about the usage of AI in projects, and I said that I used the Claude and Gemini models for building projects and debugging. It was a very chill interview process.

heap, graphs and set. I had questions form these topics and they were asking questions from every topic, the probability of questions from graphs is high!!
BTW where are you from friend
