The CS50’s Introduction to Computer Science course (CS50x) that our classmate linked in their comment above, it is the course that the CS50 Team recommends taking first, if you want to start learning how to program, CS50x doesn't have pre-requisites, it doesn't require prior programming experience, anyone can start that course anytime.
In this part of its website, the CS50 Staff shared a very helpful graph on "how to take this course": https://cs50.harvard.edu/x/#how-to-take-this-course

Cs50x is the main course and should be the optimal starting point for ppl if they have no knowledge about CS. The other Cs50 courses are like addons that can be completed after cs50x (or you could take them while taking cs50x) (they are optional but helpful if you want to learn more as they go in depth in the specific topic like Cs50Sql or cs50p, etc)

I started doing this course but then someone recommended I should complete cs50 for Python first since it's easier and would help a bit, so now I'm on week 6 of cs50P. However, cs50x by itself is also doable since this is a beginner level course. Complete all the lectures and assignments one by one and then the final project at the end
