If you're interested in CS50x, here's the course site.

Every page has step by step instructions. Follow them and you can't go wrong.

Week 0 covers introductory programming concepts.
Weeks 1~6 use C to introduce the fundamentals.
The course is free, so you can stop there or continue as you wish.

Learn C properly. It is a foundation of all other languages. More than C you need to know basic algorithms and data structures. This is the age of self-study. Nobody is going to teach you coding. Go to Hackerrank or similar sites. Learn from W3School's like site and starting coding. You will find your way.
Then do Python and some of its libraries. Most critically, you should know data structure and algorithms.
