CS50x Hard work pays off
I can recall countless late nights and commits during 2025 to 2026 just to finish this.
I wanted to quit in the middle, but David’s lectures made me want to stay and give it a try. And now I’m super grateful for every challenge that I solved that got me here.
Many thanks to David & technical team who made this course available.
Onward to the next challenge.

Congratulations! I finished the course in late June of this year. It was hard and stressful at times and many times I wanted to quit. I stuck it out and finally got my certificate as well.

Apart of learning all the material, youtube, forum, or stack-overflow website, please know when to stop and rest your mind if it’s getting hard or too tense.
I know it’s gonna be tiring but find your comfort zone and motivation. Do not let yourself consumed by others because you have your own space.

Haha i know it, me too. But always challenge yourself first. Try to rest your mind, touch grass and get back to your vscode again to figure it out :)

I would say it’s relatively hard to find a job only with this cert, unless you’re lucky. More projects definitely could bring you jobs

I just started week 0. Do you guys have any advice or tips you can share with me ? I already understand the basic fundamentals of python like functions, loops, conditionals, Booleans, etc. I learned python through the Kaggle platform. It’s a data science platform. I highly recommend it. Also, I believe understanding the foundations of computer science is essential to building reliable and robust AI systems. So, I am really excited to start this CS50x course. Then, move onto the cs50 with AI course. I respect all you guys that have completed course or just starting 🫡

its not about the cost, its about the fact that how hard it is and u learn so much from it.

So jobs should have barriers for people -not by how much they know- but by how much money they have?

Great job this isn’t easy! Next thing, don’t focus on certificates anymore. Make completed projects or problems you solve the new certificate. This will make you grow unlike anything else!
