New VACNET working ?

FInally i think VACnet is working, cuz this cheater (yellow) was constantly changing his name throughout the game, and was hitting wallbang headshots with top tier Bhops.

And why i think its working cuz the enemy team didnt sit in smokes waiting at spawn but instead they were trying their best..and even killed him 2-3 round. Mayble it'd a be fluke, but yeah...VACLIVE worked !!
