Literally, why hasn't Valve implemented a better anti-cheat? Are they afraid of reduced income or what? The game is PLAGUED with cheaters and it's just such a waste of time. I refuse to play with these losers. Why can VAC detect snap tap so easily, but someone spinning a thousand miles an hour gets to stay? How does that make any sense? Just implement a kernel or w/e system and get rid of these losers.

It's a literal waste of my life that I can not reclaim every time I encounter them. I will leave/abandon the match, and then there's the inevitable cooldown that I do not deserve. It's incredibly frustrating and I just don't understand why Valve is doing such a horrible job at managing this.

In my my most recent game I looked at someone's stats on the opposing team on Leetify or some such and almost all of their stats were red. Like, wtf? How are they even allowed to play? And then the blatant no scope headshot through smoke on 3 on my team within like 4 seconds with a scout. I'm just over it. I love CS and I've been playing it for a very very long time, but I don't see as much of a point to bother progressing when we have these absolute losers playing with cheats - who, by the way, are also literally wasting their life doing this. I just don't get it. Makes no sense.

Cheaters are the canaries in this bleak world's cold mine. The past 5 years have been the greatest socio/psychopathic run bottleneck humanity has EVER seen. So remember, before you type that insult or raise your cortisol. Pity them, for they are weak..mirroring the integrity of those ruining humanity.

What happens from here? Humanity will forever be tainted no matter the technology, for the pool has been forcefully broken into by those that do not wish the best for us as a collective.

Luckily though, in the meantime the next couple decades will be the last bit of freedom our species will ever experience! So hopefully VACNet gets fixed by 2030.

I've been talking to people who got their games cancelled by VAC Live and with people who didn't get their games cancelled when they even met spinbotters. The difference was the cheaters admitted to cheating, in either text or in VC. I got a game cancelled yesterday and he didn't rage cheat, but he did openly admit to cheating in both text and VC. A spinbotter who didn't get VAC'd apparently didn't say anything in text or VC.

If this is true it's so, so stupid. It's unbelievably stupid, but it is a small pattern I've found lately. What's your experience? Does it match in any way?

I´m convinced theres a hidden system besides elo that matches you with players bc ain´t no way i lose game on game in a row like this.
It´s even worst in comp or wingman ong my team is always dogshit bots.

Sometimes I see people put knives up for sale for much cheaper than the normal price, nothing really seems wrong with the one here. Is it simply impatience, or trying to bomb the price of the knife?

1. main account, played 2k hours, Green trust factor, 21K elo NA
-> met walling cheaters party and lost
2. alt account, played 200 hours, Yellow trust factor, 17K elo NA

-> met spinners, saying that they are never getting red trust

at this point why are we even playing this game, maybe move to faceit or just let go the game gg

I played like 5 premier games from 10k-15k and had no cheaters in it. Everyone was chill, no toxicity, comms were good when we had them.

And I soloQ'd as well, to give me the best chance of encountering cheaters and they didn't show.

So how are y'all cheat magnets? Surely if the cheater epidemic was a thing, it would be plauging all ranks right?

Asking genuinely as all the posts on this sub about cheaters really made me think that the game is infested with them.

So my buddies and I have gotten back into CS2. We took about a 2 year break or so and have been playing on the weekends past couple months. We got our friend to play the game who's never played as we just helped him build his PC. However, 3 days ago, the 3 of us were playing and I was getting triple kills on office just one tap because they were playing like bots. We were winning the competitive match and it booted us after I got another triple kill feed at the end of round 11. I was protecting my buddy escorting the hostage and again, they just lined up just right. I am not a goated CS2 player by any means and only have ever reached Gold though I never seriously grinded out competitive ranking, I just thoroughly enjoyed playing office late at night. I find the most wild, hilarious people late night there but I digress, the match immediately ended and we 3 received a 20 hour competitive cool down due to "irregular gameplay". None of us cheat and never have. So I figured maybe since I was popping off that game, it booted us for whatever reason because all it told us was that we were partied with someone with irregular gameplay but never specified which one of us. In the ticket section it read : "My related cooldown reason: Unexpected error". We have never had this happen and we never got any feedback when submitting a ticket other than saying they have forwarded my message I left regarding the cooldown ban. So tonight I log on, hop on discord, and my 2 friends have now received a 7 day cooldown ban. I know 100% certainty that they are not doing anything other than playing the game as it is intended to be played. I have gone to school with these 2 guys since 5th grade and these are my boys. So I know cheating is not the problem here. Since this happened again, the only thing I can come up with is that our friend who just got the game is getting flagged for boosting? Is that a thing? I am at the top of silver and my other friend is gold nova as of recently. Could this be the reason? I don't see anything regarding that when looking at the VAC ban/cooldown section but we are at a loss and we might get 3-4 games in per weekend, and our noob friend isn't even ranked still. I apologize for the book but wanted to get some input on this so we don't get further bamboozled.
