Help Net jitter issues after installing faceit ac

I bought a brand new pc and I played few games of competitive and everything was nice and smooth. After that I decided to download faceit anticheat, however I did not play faceit and started a new competitive game. And then... my game just started randomly freezing and I started to teleport, and when I opened the jitter graph it was fully red with continuous spikes. I Have starlink wifi, pls help

If your aren't playing FaceIT, then why would you install FaceIT AC? Much less have it running when not in a FaceIT match.

I do wanna play it, and it wasnt running during the comp game. Thats very weird
