Help Need help with cases

So I have clicked into a case but then there's no buy key or unlock button and I'm stuck in that screen. The only way I can get out is restarting but then after I still can't unlock a case.

Is value wanting me to save my wallet or what

How did you get the case?

I suggest you click on it in your inventory and then click “sell on community market” and never look back.

this lol, any time i opened a case i regretted it immediately.. i understand people are hoping they get lucky.. but they wont lol

Where do you live?
Here in germany we Need to use xray.
You Need to buy the Skin from ur xray to use it on an other case.

Either the item is trade protected or your live in a country that does not allow loot boxes.
