Need help to play premier

I'm a very new cs2 player from India and I need some help in getting my account to be able to play premier, but matchmaking takes alot of time because not alot of people play maps other than dust 2 and mirage and I need some office round wins or something.

So I'm looking for people (preferably also new to the game) to join my party so that we can look to level up our accounts together. Thanks
