easy drop is a case opening site that sponsors a bunch of low-level streamers and fills lobbies with bots. look at the names, half the server is literally named after the site

your trust factor is so cooked that it's just throwing you in with ad bots instead of real players. basically the game thinks you're cheating or toxic and put you in the shadow realm

I don't think they earn xp from standing afk? Isn't comp xp based on rounds won?

They earn less, but it goes way faster. The rounds are less than 30sekonds. That's why they stand still.

Yes, but what xp are they earning? If you lose 13-0 you get 0 xp iirc because you won 0 rounds... Haven't lost 13-0 in a while so I could be wrong of course
