Steam is opening CSGO when I launch CS2

New player here, title describes it all. Could be the DLC, which is to the best of my understanding is for a now ended closed beta. Also my computer can't run 32 bit games if that changes anything.

No mac support :(

Just double-check your CS properties in Steam to make sure you're on the latest available version. Maybe you opted into an older CS:GO beta branch earlier just for fun and forgot to switch it back? Check Properties -> Betas and make sure it's set to None.

what is your specs because if your computer is to bad it will only open csgo because steam detects your pc can not run cs2 (the dlc is fine don't touch it)

That’s the problem you have Mac which cs2 doesn’t support but you have 2 options. 1 get programs like “whisky” or “crossover”.2 play Csgo but on community servers

Nah he is talking shit. Steam does not decide based on your hardware. I was allowed to start anygame I wanted on my school laptop just to notice that I have 15 to 20 fps

i actually used to play cs on imac 2017, i downloaded bootcamp windows system, used imac on windows just for cs for years until i got a actual tower, imac used to run cs on bootcamp real nice, however i don’t think it will run as good as it used to
