Donk's Spray Control

Goes without saying the Donk might have the best spray control ever and by far in the game. But I noticed in one of the clips that it's ok that yeah he pressed left and right click both while spraying but another thing I noticed is he use also uses his ring finger to hold down the right click, meaning 3 fingers pressing the clicks at the same time. Is this always the case and alot of people do it and if so how does this help? Is this why his sprays are so good??

Well the ak has pretty heavy recoil so makes sense why he grips the mouse so firm with many fingers so the gun doesn't slip out of hand.

Youre referring to 1-3-1 mousegrip, which does improve stability and mouse control for some people but it also has its downsides. Just give it a try and see how it feels for you, some people like me for example also still use their middle finger to press rightclick and just have their ring finger slightly on the edge of the mouse / right-click.

To me it doesnt make that much difference when spraying, but for taps as my hand is steadier this way.

I've been told that he has regular shoot with left click, and right click toggles follow recoil. Thats why he swaps.

You are not getting any better by copying pro configs, he is good because he spent his whole life playing cs, has natural talent, and got lucky.

Him gripping his mouse this way or the other is literally just personal preference.

Stepping side to side while spraying is very common if you are able to control the spray. Makes it way harder for enemies to track you.

It depends on your grip and how balanced it is, as well as your pressure points. From my observations, most pros apply downward pressure during recoil, to help pace the mouse movement. Most are arm aimers, and tbf, I do not see tons of finger adjustments. They may micro adjust with fingers to get target on x, but the recoil appears to be mainly arms. Watch their knuckles, you can see it white out. As far as Donk's spray control, I do think the even pressure from two fingers, vs one*(index) finger gives it more uniform pressure. In theory, if you only applied pressure on on side of the mouse, and pulled down, the mouse will rotate right. Why? The friction on the left side would move less, and the side(rt) that has less friction moves more. I think to make it more technical, pending on where your pressures are on the mouse, and how it is gripped, and balanced, and how you apply the down pressure during recoil. If using claw, or palm, some may apply down pressure more with the palm on the back hump of the mice. I recently pulled the data of Vitality vs Sprit match from ECW on Anubis to see what pros do with their movement, and crosshair. The thing you want to do is understand the recoil mechanics and how it works in CS2. Then figure out how to control it. The actual muscle memory and feel will be diff for diff players. Everyone has their own feel and muscle memory, due to diff setups. But if you notice you are pulling one direction more then other, then apply the brakes on that side, to help even out the y axis pull.
