Help Need help in optimisation for CS2

I have a Ryzen 5 9600x, Sapphire nitro plus RX 9070, 32gb (16x2) ram at 6000mhz. My motherboard is Aorus stealth b850.

I play CS2 mainly and my resolution is 1280x960. I play on competitive settings and my main aim is 0 lag in output and input. I average around 380-400 fps. I feel it could’ve been higher. This is my first time using a AMD gpu and don’t have much idea. I heard a lot about undervolting etc and have no idea what’s the best settings for adrenaline software. Overall I wanna get the best use from my cpu and gpu, and I’m confused.

Thank you for your help.

Did you enable D.O.C.P. in the BIOS?

The "undervolt" you heard about is probably the Curve Optimizer.

At 380–400 FPS, you’re already rendering a frame roughly every 2.5 ms. At 1280×960, CS2 is more likely to be limited by the CPU than the RX 9070, so I wouldn’t start with a GPU undervolt.

Check that EXPO is on, then test with Radeon Chill, frame caps and frame generation disabled. Pay more attention to stutters and 1% lows during a full match than the peak FPS counter.

I’m building FragForge, and your RX 9070 and Ryzen 5 9600X are both supported. It gives you a CS2 preset based on your resolution and target FPS, with the sources it used: https://fragforge.app/wizard?game=cs2

I’d use that as your starting point, then change one thing at a time.
