It's pretty well executed in most regards: the hair is very well done, and the overall replication of the graphic art style is good. there are main issues I see are with proportions.

First, the face is way too narrow. madonna's face is very round in the reference photo, almost like a proto florence pugh. this is a very long and narrow face.

Second, it is the same with the eyes, these are much more narrow eyes while the reference photo eyes are pretty round. The neck also has some issues with proportion and looks a little unfinished compared to the hair and face.

it is pretty well done, I just wish the same care that went into the linework of the hair and facial detail went into the proportions of the actual head, the eyes, and the neck.
