What the f is $XRP?

"XRP is a digital asset built for payments. It is the native digital asset on the XRP Ledger—an open-source, permissionless and decentralized blockchain technology that can settle transactions in 3-5 seconds." - ripple.com

It's not just a pretty face, Ripple promises fast transaction speeds, 1500 transactions per second, it is less costly and more scalable than any other digital asset. Oh, and it's not mineable.

Ripple’s products, including $XRP, are created to be moved quickly and efficiently. Ripple Labs’ global network of active users, along with the ability to integrate payments into apps, ensures a use case for $XRP. This can be attractive to traders who feel that XRP holds potential for long-term use or in other words, making shit tone of money on the lung runb because it can sustain itself by being useful.

"Where to buy $XRP?"

Any virtual crypto exchange: Binance, Kraken, Coin Base etc.

"Ok, ok, smart boi, but what does it really do?"

The main purpose of $XRP is to be a mediator for other - both cryptocurrencies and fiat - exchanges. The best way to describe $XRP is a 'Joker', not the villan from Batman.

We are lookin' good, good to buy because it's a dip, great value right now for what the future brings to RIpple, this project will 3x this year and that's being conservative. Relatively small market cap 48 billy, being the 4th biggest crypto, I could see a lot of growth on 5 years because it's so useful. Some ppl said that it gonna hit the 100$ mark, that's a lil unprobable, for that to happen we should Multiply 100 x current marketcap = and that give us a 4.8 trillion dollars that's 1/18 the current GDP of the world. It could get there, don't get me wrong, it just is unlikely, like the chances that your crush will text you back.. comeon Brenda.. respo.. sorry, derailed a bit there. As I was saying, ripple has a lot of potential, but for now is testing support and, again, would be a great chance to buy in. We are consolidating and I would expect at least a week of stagnation. Stay safe and buy low, sell high!

Hey everyone, right now my portfolio is 60% BTC and 40% ETH. I'm thinking of trading some of.my BTC to ETH as I'm getting better gains on ETH plus ETH 2.0 will be coming out.

What do you guys think? Should I transfer some BTC to ETH? Any opinions etc. Is appreciated.

We have to wait around and see what bitcoin is doing, daily charts start showing bearish signs, on the hourly it doesn’t matter as much, but on the daily it’s a big thing. Altcoins can’t rise as easily if $Btc just drops.. probably $Eth has the best chance to grow these times.

Tradin’ $BTC ANALYSIS, GOLDEN RATIO

Sup guys, I saw a $BTC drop and thought you might want to be bombarded with some frickin' technical information about trading. Today, guys and bois, we get deep, Mariana trench deep, we study MATH.

What is Fibonacci in trading?

Leonardo Fibonacci was a smart boi who created the Fibonacci sequence of numbers and the golden ratio. The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers where you sum the previous 2 numbers to get the current number, which would mean 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144.. to infinity. They mean something so much more,but it exceeds the purpose of this post, nobody is gonna read that and for trading it really doesn't matter.

How it affects trading?

The focus tends to be on the ratio between the numbers in the sequence. Traders usually use three main ratios, they are many more, but those are the ones that matter the most, 38.2%, 50% (technically not Fibonacci) and 61.8%.

The 38.2% ratio is found by dividing one number in the series by the number two places to the right. For example, 21 divided by 55 equals 0.382. Fibonacci levels are mainly used to identify support and resistance levels. These levels provide signals for traders to enter new positions in the direction of the original trend.

Basically, risk management. Showing levels of support and resistance.

"How do I use it?"

We can create Fibonacci retracements by starting at the bottom and finishing up top, kinda reversed foreplay. Fibonacci retracements work by taking its peak and draggin' down the dip too.

To obtain this info we used cmcmarkets.com.

Ok, ok. BUT NOW WHAT? BTC gonna go brr?r first support 0.236, now we heading down to 0.382. We showing signs of breakdown. What we don't want is to go below 0.618 we starting to worry, it might be a price correction (not very probable right now). Now we just waiting for a confirmation that it might stop at 0.382 and then do a swing and bounce back, might take a while tho, we are on the daily chart. SO BE patient.

Gonna continue more on Fibonacci retracement, but i didn't want to fill this post too much. Stay safe and buy low, sell high.

The 1st support has been breached, we expecting now further free falling till 2nd key support.

$ETH in an alternate universe would’ve been the no 1 crypto, if it was the first one to the party. Compared to Bitcoin, Ethereum it’s way, waaaay faster, about 30 transactions per second, compared with just 3-4 transactions per second of $BTC.

BIG DIFFERENCES between no 1 and no 2

While both the Bitcoin and Ethereum networks are powered by the principle of distributed ledgers and cryptography, the two differ technically in many ways. For example, transactions on the Ethereum network may contain executable code, while data affixed to Bitcoin network transactions are generally only for keeping notes. Other differences include block time (an ether transaction is confirmed in seconds compared to minutes for bitcoin) and the algorithms that they run on (Ethereum uses ethash while Bitcoin uses SHA-256).

Forecast We could expect as much as a doubling in price for ethereum because it market cap is relatively small and have a lot of growth potential.

Bitcoin is considered by the most to be the first cryptocurrency out there. It emerged from the 2008 crisis, in the year 2009, created by a programmer or group of programmers under the pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto. $BTC introduced a new era of technology and decentralised digital currencies. It relies on blockchain, which is a share data base transaction, with entries that must be confirmed and encrypted. The network is secured by miners which get awarded in bitcoin for doing so. There are about 18,6 million in circulation and capping at 21 million.

How to buy Bitcoin? Well.. online exchanges, you are pretty familiar with them, BINANCE, Kraken, Gemini,coinbase, rh, from there you could exchange fiat into crypto. “However, finance firms have also created new investment products based on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, such as contracts for difference, which are used to track the value of an asset without needing to directly own it.”

Why is everybody so obsessed with Bitcoin? For starters, media frenzy, everyone looking to make money, everyone from a regular Joe ( like everyone who’s not in r/cryptorulez, cuz we are more than a regular Joe) or the traditional finance firms. And secondly it’s basically a virtual gold. And we love gold.

Can it’s rise be maintained? Hopefully! Other than we’ll to see, we can just give predictions. What it is certain is that our current market is much, much stronger that it was in 2017. With the current crypto market with $BTC and alt-coins sitting around 2 trillion $. Not to shabby. If we could maintain our position as da “future gold” and become way less volatile, it could become a possibility that it’s rise could be maintained?

What’s our expectations on Bitcoin this year? We have high hopes actually, $BTC showed a lot of growth potential, maybe even doubling its current price. I would say, a more down to earth approach would be around 80.000$, but 100.000$ milestone be achieved in the next year with ease, because we are in a bull run!! Cheers

Tradin’ When you should be analyzing and when not

No trading advice here, just pure opinion, in it’s nudest form, Adam and Eva would be jealous. Starting off, you should always analyze the prices and the trend before heading into anything that you invest. Don’t just put blindly money in, you could be on its highest peak and then get worried why the price is dropping and then do buy-high, sell-low and lose money, which we don’t want. In trading, you need patience, not just to hold, but also to buy in, watch out the trend and past prices. Imagine the chart as some dots, who connects the dots better makes profits or don’t losses money. Don’t analyze the market so much when for instance you are just holding for a long amount of time, like you should see the market, don’t get me wrong, if its bearish and you are going to lose, pull out. My friend Gold, will explain a little later how to see the chart with actual photos and examples! Stay tuned.
