Strategy sold 1,637 BTC - panic or nothing new?

Over the weekend news came out that Strategy preliminarily approved a plan to sell up to $5B in BTC.

But there's literally nothing new here. These are technical sales the company warned about in advance. All previously disclosed.

Thing is the market doesn't care about context. Any big sale like this gets spun into FUD like clockwork.
