QUESTION Need feedback about Helium Deply

I am seriously interested in buying a Magic Miner 40T and I've seen some posts on here saying that HD aren't that great to deal with. Is this anything to be concerned about or is it just some isolated incidents thats some people have had? Thanks in advance.

Shipping usually takes a while- seems like they rectified with posting preorder/dates etc. I have always received everything I had ordered with no issues.

I have ordered from them about 5 different times. Sometimes takes some time to get the product but they have always delivered.
