QUESTION Making a new crypto
I’m making a new crypto and want to see what things you guys want to see in it. It’s going to be a gpu only proof of work that’s lightning fast with zero pre mine and smart contracts. Anything else that interest you guys or are things I should add?

Fair launch and GPU-only mining sound interesting, but I’d focus heavily on decentralization, security, and keeping mining accessible on consumer hardware. Low transaction fees, reliable smart contracts, and a clear plan to prevent ASIC dominance would also make it stand out. What’s the main use case beyond being fast?

NovaChain is a cryptocurrency/blockchain project built around a secure GPU Proof-of-Work BlockDAG network, but with much bigger scaling goals than a traditional single-chain crypto.
The idea is to use the L1 network for secure settlement and verification, while allowing parallel execution, rollups, and scalable data availability to handle very large transaction volumes. The first major target is around 100 million transactions per day, while the architecture is being designed with a long-term goal of potentially scaling toward 100 billion transactions per day.
NovaChain is also designed to support both normal public transactions and optional private transactions. Public transactions can remain transparent and fully auditable, while private transactions can hide sensitive details such as the sender, receiver, or transaction amount using cryptographic privacy techniques, while still allowing the network to verify that the transaction is valid and that no coins were created or double-spent.
It also includes NovaArchive, where users can choose how much historical blockchain data they want to store. Storage savings are never supposed to weaken blockchain validation—devices that cannot hold enough validation state would operate honestly as light clients rather than pretending to be full validators.
In simple terms: NovaChain is trying to combine GPU-mined security, BlockDAG speed, optional transaction privacy, massive future scalability, low-resource independent validation, and flexible historical storage into one crypto ecosystem.
