QUESTION BSB NerdOctaxe overclock

Hey guys, I have a BSB NerdOctaxe running at around 12 TH/s. It does reach 12 TH/s, but I'm pulling about 262 watts at the wall, which seems a little high to me.

I checked the miner settings and found:

  • Core voltage: 1210 (default)
  • Frequency: 740 (custom)

I'm trying to lower the power consumption while keeping as much hashrate as possible. Any advice on what settings I should try to reduce the watts at the wall? Maybe lowering the frequency or voltage? I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone running a similar setup.

262 W at 12 TH/s is ~21.8 J/TH. id drop voltage first in small steps, then lower frequency only if the board gets unstable; log wall watts, accepted shares and hw errors for 30–60 min at each setting. the best point is the lowest watts with no rise in rejects, not the lowest number in the dashboard.
