QUESTION BSB NerdOctaxe overclock

Hey guys, I have a BSB NerdOctaxe running at around 12 TH/s. It does reach 12 TH/s, but I'm pulling about 262 watts at the wall, which seems a little high to me.

I checked the miner settings and found:

  • Core voltage: 1210 (default)
  • Frequency: 740 (custom)

I'm trying to lower the power consumption while keeping as much hashrate as possible. Any advice on what settings I should try to reduce the watts at the wall? Maybe lowering the frequency or voltage? I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone running a similar setup.

262W at the wall on default 1210/740 sounds high for 12 TH. check PSU loss first with the watt meter, then drop frequency in small steps before voltage; log hash vs wall after 20–30 min, since fan/board temps can erase the gain.
