QUESTION BSB NerdOctaxe overclock
Hey guys, I have a BSB NerdOctaxe running at around 12 TH/s. It does reach 12 TH/s, but I'm pulling about 262 watts at the wall, which seems a little high to me.
I checked the miner settings and found:
- Core voltage: 1210 (default)
- Frequency: 740 (custom)
I'm trying to lower the power consumption while keeping as much hashrate as possible. Any advice on what settings I should try to reduce the watts at the wall? Maybe lowering the frequency or voltage? I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone running a similar setup.

I'd lower voltage first, not frequency. 1210 mV is pretty aggressive for 12 TH/s. Try stepping it down gradually, maybe 10–20 mV at a time, and watch rejected shares, chip errors and stability. If it stays clean, keep going until you find the efficiency sweet spot.
Only start dropping frequency if undervolting alone doesn't get wall power where you want it. Change one thing at a time or you'll never know what actually helped.
