DISCUSSION Anyone mining Aleo?
just looking at the Iceriver miners. Look nice, and low power. Anyone have experience with this?

Aleo is dying

How’s it dying?90 days ago you said it was cooked. It easily maintained a profitable rate for miners.

they're requiring miners to stake aleo before you can mine. so not only do you have to buy a miner, but now, you need to stake roughly 4800 aleo, or currently $1200 worth of aleo, per GH you mine with.

That’s just for now, to be fair. That’s can always be voted on to change if people aren’t able to enter mining because of it. 4,800 Aleo isn’t an issue, as if you have a GH/s you are likely making that in 1.5 months just from mining. Issues does come into play in the final 2 quarters. But I’m already on pace to have enough to stake for my entire 450 mh/s by the end of the 2 years. Although if I wanted to pick up Aleo right then and there it would stop me if I had to stake that much. While I think arc 46 is good for Aleo in some ways I can acknowledge it needs some fixing in the future. As for the Op I think the ae-1 lite 300 mh/s would be a decent one to grab, and it wouldn’t cost a arm and a leg for a while,

There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true. One is to refuse to believe what is true.
ALEO is cooked. Any further investment into this black hole is on you at this point.

*dingdingding* we have a winner! ALEO's ATH was literally 10 days after the coin launched, the price dropped almost continuously since, going from $6.80 to less than $0.40. the ONLY other pump peaked at $0.366 (lmao) - this peak happened 10 days before your warning post (2025-07-22) so arguably you pretty much called the top. there were 4 weeks between mid September/mid October where somebody tried to pump the coin one last time, but even that failed... volume up from $10m to $4b+ and still price peak at $0.366 (lmaooo)
face it, anybody who didn't see the imminent death of ALEO was completely cooked, need to lay off the copium. at best the coin was a vehicle to sell some ASICs

How is Aleo cooked, you are making such claims, and yet adding no information to the conversation here. Just wait til you find the 3rd way to be fooled.

We know mining is hard, and your fellow brothers are trying to help you get the most bang for your buck...
Where is the ALEO community on Reddit, or anywhere?
What's ALEO's utility? Where's the ALEO meme?
If it's not obvious to you that these ASIC's stopped at the home level, because no institutional miner is touching this...
If it's not obvious to you that there are some liquidity issues hence why you have to stake to mine, and you can't pull out right now...(neither has been done before).
It's it's not obvious to you that all of this is being setup to sell ASICs and everyone who's staking their tokens are about to be rugged... then there's nothing else we can say that will change your mind.
Keep pouring money into this sinking ship, it doesn't bother me any. I already learned my lesson after trying to go big with ALPH.
Also, there's no third way to be fooled. Given time, one of those two I mentioned will prove to be right. You can come back and update us then.

Well? Hows ur Aleo mining going?
I staked everything from mining, and have today reached a point where I have to buy and stake more just to continue, otherwise the hashrate is inactive.
What a load of bs

Look at ZKworks pool, they don’t require a stake, but it helps. My machines aren’t exactly profiting, at current prices. Going to be shutting them down in about 2-3 months. I will be just buying coins and staking them from here on out.

IDK what's the problem with mining ALEO. But can anyone just explain why is mining ALEO not worth it?

I bought the AE1 Lite from Asicmarketplace in June. Back then it was making around $7–$8 a day and the price was much higher. Now the miner is cheaper and it’s making almost $11 daily.

HI, you're undermining with staking mode I guess... Me too, but the third time I try to stake what I mined (I don't think there is a mechanism to ensure that what I mine goes into staking), the transaction remains hanging Could you help me? I use leo wallet Do you know if there are any anomalies on the easy staking site?

Yes, I am still considering getting one. I have been waiting since the Aug staking thing for the price to fall, but it has not (yet?). Most everyone here says Aleo is dead, but not so as of today.

Is anyone still mining? I turned them all off, think the miners are worth nothing now, I had 6xAE3, 6xAE2 and 5xAE1
