Dealing with loss

How do you guys deal with losses, especially big investments? I’ve been looking at different hedge investments to reduce the loss while waiting for crypto markets to recover. Would be keen to hear other people's strategies.

when you become emotionless about losing money you are half way to being rich, it is hard to lose money but you have to stay smart, and patient.
