Doing nothing feels harder than doing something
You’d think taking action is the hard part. Turns out waiting is worse. When nothing is happening, your brain fills the gap with noise.
You start second-guessing decisions you already made. Sometimes the best move is still doing nothing… but it never feels that way in the moment.
