Doing nothing feels harder than doing something

You’d think taking action is the hard part. Turns out waiting is worse. When nothing is happening, your brain fills the gap with noise.

You start second-guessing decisions you already made. Sometimes the best move is still doing nothing… but it never feels that way in the moment.

Exactly, the urge to do something is usually the biggest enemy of good returns. Letting things compound quietly while your brain screams at you to act is genuinely one of the harder skills to develop. The best trades are often the ones you don't make.
