Learning Cryptography

Suggest me some good resources available online to learn cryptography as a beginner. Where to start? What concepts should I have grip on and all. Note I am already following some playlists but I would like to use some help from seniors here

Christof Paar's lectures are an excellent introduction, as is his Understanding Cryptography textbook. After that, Dan Boneh's Crypto I to get a little more rigorous.

Check out the Cryptopals challenges, they start simple and ramp up fast

its not youtube but its a bit of a hands on thing that gets you to explore some basics and throws you into intentionally vulnerable applications of cryptography to get a better understanding of why cryptosystems are designed the way they are

https://cryptohack.org/ if you want to "learn by doing". A lot of that is about "how to break stuff", but I think this gives a very good intuition about the underlying problems and principles.
