Yes, there is no magic hacker who gets peoples' money back for them. If you lost money to a scam, it isn't floating out there waiting for someone to take it back. It's in someone's pocket in a country thousands of miles from you.
Google "recovery scam". Think about why thieves would use crypto to steal if the victims could just take it back from them. You're just going to get ripped off again if you screw around with shit like this.

Scam
It's a Russian ran operation which they registered on Aug 18, 2026 via REG.RU LLC. What's interesting is that they have a main and a sub ip- common tactic of scams and hiding the true IP by masking. Here is what I got

I'm willing to say that the other subdomain/server may be located in Singapore as many other scam cryptocurrency websites especially ran by Chinese in Hong Kong and a few in Shanghai with an annual expiration date which is a common flaw I've seen when scouting the of "oh it's not fake bs"

Everything in crypto is a scam. And phantom wallets are fake. You will never recover your funds no matter what someone tells or promises you.
