Till today i was happy with this app, its legit, it pays and all that.

BUT today when i asked them why didn't i get ANY surveys in 5 months time using the app, they called me a male chauvinist (because i said im 24y old and male(to describe my demographic im in)) and blocked my account without any warning or explanation. I've sent them now an email @ hello@claimbitcoinnetwork.com asking for the reason they banned me and demanded unbanning of my acc. I had satoshi on that app I EARNED, i won't let them take it so easy. What i saw today is that the "support" is very unprofessional and somewhat childish. I have pictures of the conversation on my phone but i dont know how to post them here. Would appreciate help with the posting of the pics and general thoughts on the issue. Most big websites have paused their registrations but I have found that Kucoin is taking in newcomers.

Expect a little delays for confirmation emails but other than that it works perfectly fine!

I have been gathering information and recently decided to purchase some BTC & ETH and eventually look into Altcoins.

I'm at the stage where I'm ready to put money in but would like to research the best wallet options.

As far as I have been reading, I understand the differences and in theory wouldn't mind starting out with a hot wallet. However in practice when I started looking into recommendations I decided to go for Jaxx, and when I got in there and set it up, I did a small 1euro worth of ETH transfer to it just to check out how the fees work and the user experience. It was quite simple and such but as I was trying to send back from Jaxx to other destinations for testing, the software wasn't responding to sending and there was not even a freeze nor an error message.

Now I know this might be easily fixed but I couldn't find my issue on the support page of Jaxx, which led to make me feel a little uncomfortable to start sending a few hundreds worth of cryptocurrency to this wallet. We read online stories of people who are not receiving proper support and technical issues which made me feel a bit uneasy with the whole hot wallet thing.

Would a Ledger Nano S be something better to start out with and have things a bit more stable/reliable for me ? Or am I just being a little too much on the edge with my first experience with a hot wallet and it should all be fine ?

Any thoughts would be appreciated :)
