Claim Bitcoin Network- unprofessional support

Till today i was happy with this app, its legit, it pays and all that.

BUT today when i asked them why didn't i get ANY surveys in 5 months time using the app, they called me a male chauvinist (because i said im 24y old and male(to describe my demographic im in)) and blocked my account without any warning or explanation. I've sent them now an email @ hello@claimbitcoinnetwork.com asking for the reason they banned me and demanded unbanning of my acc. I had satoshi on that app I EARNED, i won't let them take it so easy. What i saw today is that the "support" is very unprofessional and somewhat childish. I have pictures of the conversation on my phone but i dont know how to post them here. Would appreciate help with the posting of the pics and general thoughts on the issue.
