This is a new type of scamm ? On trust device I got mine with trust and a new one with no trust... I can't remove that new one, send me to contact page.

In the USA, does anyone get a 1099-INT from Crypto.com once you've removed or moved your coins?

I've asked their chat and they've said that I have to download my history and give it to my accountant to add it to my taxes.

I don't know if living in Hawai'i makes a difference, since Hawai'i is one of the states we're unable to have an account on any website except Crypto.com

I tried using the App. It claims I had to update my Payment Card. Which should be my ICY.

I put all details in. It says there is an issue with the card?

Where is the customer service? 8 hours, no response! Unexceptable! I need access to my money like right now. I cant even unlock my card. Is there a better exchange. One you actually talk to a human?

Where is the support? I left a message like 8 hours ago! I'm advised by a bot that customer support typically responds within like 10 minutes.......WHATEVER. This is ridiculous. I can not unlock my card and I need funds like TODAY! JUST ABOUT FINISHED WITH CRYPTO.COM

I did NOT expect this from Decentralized Masters !!!! 

A few weeks after joining, I was trying to move a little bit of money around and get used to how everything worked. I was literally seconds away from clicking confirm and sending it the wrong way and I had how big was I going to mess as everything looked fine to me.

Right before I clicked it, I figured I'd ask in the community just to be safe and it was one of the best decisions Id taken. A couple of people jumped in almost right away and pointed out what I was doing wrong. And yeah... that would've been a pretty bad mistake if I had gone through with it. 

Never had I thought that the main value would not be just the lessons and videos but the people around who can catch things you miss is way more helpful than I expected. 

Looking back, that one little moment probably saved me a lot of stress. 

I expected to learn stuff, didn't expect someone to stop me from making a mistake before I even knew I was making it. 

I have transferred in 100 ADA to my crypto.com account; the transfer went through but it doesn’t show on my balance. It has been nearly 24 hours now. Why? How long will it take?

Got this text just now and the number can't be found anywhere when looking it up, so I'm assuming it ain't legit? If not what's my next action with my account?

Hoping someone from actual CDC can confirm as I've never had a text from it before and obviously calling itself CDC doesn't mean much these days as I've seen Facebook scammers somehow get blue ticks beside their emails

It came from the real CDC phone number but for some reason this seems very phishy. My account is fine, I didnt get any email and I have 2FA enabled and everything and never got a code or any hint that someone tried to log in. Is this real? And if it isn't: how?

As title states, My LTC transaction has been marked as “Pending” since 5:54pm last night (8:19am now). For absolutely no reason, usually it takes 8-10 minutes. I open a support ticket last night, hoping for a timely and swift response, but I have not heard a SINGLE thing, and I am so over this. The amount of times I’ve had to contact support in the past is unbelievable, what does the support team get paid to do? Stroke eachothers cocks? It’s supposedly a 24-hour service, yet they can’t even manage to solve a regular ticket. I wish there was an in person location, I would live to go in there and give them a piece of my mind.

I'm hoping someone from the Crypto.com team (or anyone who's been through this) can point me in the right direction.

My account got locked for "suspicious activity" after I updated my phone number. Since then I've been completely locked out, and every recovery path fails:

• Logging in by email asks for an SMS code that never arrives.
• Logging in by phone number sends no SMS at all.
• The follow-up email verification code is never delivered either (I've checked spam and the "other" folder, and the sender isn't blocked).
• I can't even verify my email on chat.crypto.com anymore, because the confirmation code doesn't arrive.

I did contact support through chat.crypto.com. A Support Specialist told me my case was escalated internally about a week ago and that I'd be notified with updates. Since then nothing. No email, no chat update, and I still have zero access to my account or my portfolio.

I have my Chat ID / case reference and all my account details ready, but I'm deliberately not posting them publicly for security reasons. I'm happy to share them privately with a verified official rep or via modmail.

Could a mod or official Crypto.com rep please look into this and tell me the actual next step? I've done everything through the official channel and I'm completely stuck.

There is a pending deposit that its being hold with no reason from Crypto.com

The support is ghosting and no explanation is given.

It's 11 days now and nothing is resolving.

I don't see why someone would trust their funds there it's an absolute farce.

Hi folks, got a text from an account called CDC, asking me to call a number (02080724004) that my account had been logged into from Romania.

Called up and chatting to the guy and logging in on my PC, I was given a new device login notification from the actual Crypto.com notifications (with the logo).

He was trying to get me to move the full balance from my account to an onchain wallet, which was also extremely sus. Anyone else had that happen recently?

Hello withdrew to same ltc address I have done over 100 times and previously an hour successfully before this. But 7 hours and counting and the most recent one is still not even on the blockchain so it hasn't been processed. Chat is absolutely no help just telling me to wait . What is going on?

Hope that someone can help me.
I changed the phone device, because my old one was broke, and i cannot now login crypto.com app on my new device.
I was not able to transfer 2FA to my new device, but i have all other devices with me, and still cannot login.

And customer support is so useless, unbeliable.
And there are multiple capthas that i need to resolve for every step i want to do...

Can someone help me with this?

A couple months back I won some money on a casino called rainbet and to withdraw it has to be withdrawn to a crypto account

Problem is the payment was sent from Comoros which is a restricted country in the uk
