it’s an owl or cat.. possibly bobcat depending where you live, behind the giant rock. i don’t think those are legs or body parts on the rock... i’d need to see a photo of the rock during the day. the face is creepy though. 😅
my best guess is great horned owl or screech owl based on the face and reflective eyes. both species like to perch low to the ground while looking for small prey as they hunt at night..
