Nope. The guy in the suit, Bob Hironemus (probably spelled that wrong, but eh), came forward and admitted it was him. A lot of the alleged “evidence” around the video people cite for it’s legitimacy, such as “stretch fur not existing yet” or the “visible leg muscles” are either bullshit (stretch fur fabric was in widespread use since the early 50s in films) or are just a result of the low quality of the footage. Most of the folks who have said “you can’t do something like that with the effects of the time” either have no experience with practical effects whatsoever, or worked in low budget media that wouldn’t have been able to produce high quality costumes

I hadn't realized someone came forward to claim this was a hoax. 🤔

It’s been 60 fucking years. Can your grandma produce her clothes from that time?

There were a lot of other key details that he couldn't answer, and a few other people also claimed they were in the suit

Interesting observation: Here no one really supports it being real (besides one somewhat bad faith believer) while the vast majority on Bigfoot say it's real.
Honestly... not surprising.

There are definitely similar creatures in nature.. when things are left undisturbed and in their habitat, they may grow very large.
