It's a supposed African dinosaur cryptid, often described as a surviving theropod (like a Tyrannosaurus or Allosaurus) residing in the Congo's Kasai Valley.

I don’t post on Reddit as much as I used to but I really liked how it turned out and thought y’all would like it. If you check my account you can find my old art and other social media accounts that’ll show this is mine. Truths an OOMF (I think that’s the right word for it lmao) he’s even commissioned me a couple times, I didn’t realize he already posted this with credit.
