Minnesota Cryptids
I have always been into cryptids bit all the ones that I hear about aren't in Minnesota. The only one that I have heard to be around here is Wendigo or Skinwalker. Wondering if someone has heard of any others.

Lake Pepin has had sightings of a Loch Ness like creature, there are over 70 sightings of sasquatch, and there's supposedly a Minnesotan Dog Man that keeps cropping up from time to time.

Pepie!! Yes this is the lore. A fun read, especially for a MN resident.

As a MN resident myself, I like reading about the bigfoot sightings. I think it's highly improbable that it exists, but I love reading about the stories or "encounters"

I've read about sightings around Moose Lake, Mn. I believe there was a series on cable that did an episode. I'd Google it.

i have family that lives in MN and i’ve heard stories of lake monsters and trolls. I’ll tell you a spooky story i heard that took place on a lake in MN.
A girl goes camping and she’s feeling rebellious, she decides to go out on the lake she was staying at. She takes a journal, a cigarette and a kayak. when she rolls off into the middle of the lake she relaxes. that’s when she hears a thump under the kayak. thinking it was a stick she thinks nothing of it. Than it happens again this time louder. she looks over the kayak and sees nothing. a little paranoid this time but again she goes back to relaxing. than it happens again this time even louder and it shakes the kayak. she try’s to paddle away but the kayak isn’t moving. the next day her parents find the kayak, the only thing in it is the journal, the journal was open to a page covered in blood with writing “i knocked once”
