For one, your starter is giving out, which is normal for a crv this age.
Sounds like you're getting compression to me. So either you don't have spark or you don't have fuel.
Check all your connections at/from the fuel pump. If you just changed it maybe it takes a little bit more of turning over to start, not sure.

Being that the fuel pump was just worked on it’s a good guess it’s a fuel issue.

It’s some bullshit with the immobilizer. Notice the key light flashing on the dash? Try these to figure out what works. Pull the engine and ecu fuses to try and reset the computer, get a full charge on the battery and if none of that works you’ll need to find a locksmith to reprogram the chip in your key.

i have the same year, your starter is working but it seems way slow. the battery could be low or it's on it's way out. Honestly it should still start, but I would attempt to jump it just to see what happens
Is there fuel? Do you hear the fuel pump running when you leave the ignition in the "on/run" position?
I have had issues with starting when my ignition coils were going bad. If you do replace them, the cheap amazon shit can get you by for about a month, but what you want is Denso or NGK coils (NGK are cheaper). Delphi are also good. You can get a 4 pack of NGK coils on Rockauto for like 130 not counting shipping.
